Notice & communication<\/h2>\n    <p>\n      Cancellation requests must be submitted in writing (email is sufficient) to <strong>barcelona@mindedfilms.com<\/strong>.\n      Notice should be provided as early as possible to reduce committed costs and scheduling impact.\n    <\/p>\n  <\/section>\n\n  <section id=\"work\" class=\"mf-section\">\n    <h2>3. Work performed & deliverables<\/h2>\n    <p>\n      Any work performed up to the effective time of cancellation remains payable. Where deliverables are in progress, MINDED FILMS may deliver work completed up to that point (where appropriate) and invoice accordingly.\n    <\/p>\n    <div class=\"mf-note\">\n      <p class=\"mf-muted\" style=\"margin:0;\">\n        Examples of payable work may include research, development meetings, scripts\/notes, decks, budgeting, scheduling, coordination, and other professional services already performed.\n      <\/p>\n    <\/div>\n  <\/section>\n\n  <section id=\"holds\" class=\"mf-section\">\n    <h2>4. Holds, bookings & scheduling<\/h2>\n    <p>\n      If MINDED FILMS reserved time, blocked dates, or allocated resources for a scheduled engagement, cancellation may trigger charges reflecting the opportunity cost and commitments made, depending on notice and project specifics.\n      Where applicable, this may be defined in the signed agreement or confirmed in writing.\n    <\/p>\n  <\/section>\n\n  <section id=\"third\" class=\"mf-section\">\n    <h2>5. Third-party costs<\/h2>\n    <p>\n      Third-party costs (e.g., travel bookings, location holds, rentals, external services, subcontractors) that were incurred or committed prior to cancellation are payable by the client\/partner where applicable.\n      MINDED FILMS will provide supporting documentation upon request.\n    <\/p>\n  <\/section>\n\n  <section id=\"payments\" class=\"mf-section\">\n    <h2>6. Payments & refunds<\/h2>\n    <p>\n      Unless otherwise agreed in writing, payments cover work performed and costs incurred.
